Effective October 14, 2026
PushAlarm is an alarm clock that turns off when you do push-ups in front of your phone's camera. It is made by Nedeljko Sikanjic, an individual developer in Austria ("we"). In short: PushAlarm does not collect, store on a server or share any personal data.
When the alarm rings, or when you use "Test camera", PushAlarm uses the front camera to see your arms and count push-ups. Every frame is analysed on your device with Apple's Vision framework and discarded right away. No photo or video is recorded, saved or sent anywhere. The camera is only on while that screen is open.
Your alarm settings (time, repeat days, push-up target) and the dates of your finished alarms (for the streak) are stored only on your iPhone or iPad. We cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes them.
PushAlarm schedules local notifications on your device as a backup in case the alarm sound is interrupted. They are not sent through any server.
PushAlarm is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
